How do I know how many units I need?
Count your workers or expected users at peak hours. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) says 1 toilet for 20 workers or fewer. Beyond that, 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers up to 200, then 1 per 50 above that. For events, plan 1 unit per 50 to 75 people depending on duration. What does ADA accessible mean?
An accessible unit meets ADA Standards section 213.2: at least 5 percent of your cluster (never fewer than one) must have a minimum clear door opening of 32 inches, a 36-inch route width, and a 60-inch turning circle inside. We stock ADA accessible units that clear all three requirements. Inspectors notice.
When should I call for septic pumping?
A residential septic tank typically gets pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. Don't wait for backup. Call when the tank is one-third full. Commercial grease interceptors pump when solids reach 25 percent of liquid depth. Our septic service handles both on schedule.
Can I rent a unit for just one day?
Yes. Per-day rates apply to short-term needs: a festival, a marathon, a single-day shoot. We also offer weekend pricing if your event runs Friday through Sunday. Call with your dates and we'll quote you accurately.
What if I need a unit picked up early?
Tell us when you call. Some customers rent for a week and use it for four days. Early pickup costs less than the full rental but more than the days you actually need. We bill fairly. No surprise charges at the end.
